Refund Policy

You can return any item purchased on Xyotic.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
We do not accept returns and exchanges of purchases that used a discount code or that were on sale. 

  • Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, including original tags and packaging.
  • As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. However, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us. Please remember to send us the tracking number. We are unable to take responsibility for your return without a tracking number. 

Xyotic.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in their original, unaltered and unwashed condition.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. It will be made within 5 working days counting from the date of the delivery of the item to our warehouse. The return cost is paid by the client. Duties, taxes, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.How can I place an order?

  • To easily browse & select a category from the navigation menu.
  • Select a specific product and add it to your bag. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process your order by registering or checking out as a guest.
  • Select a shipping method and a payment method, check your order summary, and process your order. 
  • Within several minutes, you will receive an order confirmation email including the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you.

3.Can I modify my order?

If you wish to add or remove items from your order, you will need to cancel it and place a new one. To cancel your order please contact us at xxyoticclo@gmail.com. If we do not receive your payment within 5 business days, your order will be canceled automatically. 

4.What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation email?   

Please check your spam folder and make sure that xyoticclo@gmail.com is in your email account's safe sender's list. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking further communications. If you still can not find the confirmation, please contact us at xyoticclo@gmail.com

5.Why might my card be refused?

Your credit/debit card may be refused for any of the following reasons: 

  • Your card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid. 
  • You may have reached your limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. 

6.Is shopping online on Xyotic.com secure?

On  Xyotic.com every purchase is processed with maximum security thanks to the implementation of the most advanced encryption services.

7.How long will my order take to arrive?

Our estimated time for international delivery is around 3-8 business days via DHL Express, but this may vary depending on your countries customs policy. 

8.Do prices on Xyotic.com include duties and taxes? 

Duties and taxes are not included. Your order may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
